BIOMASS FUEL

Palm Kernel Shell's (PKS)
Shells from palm oil mills (or palm kernel shells) are waste products. Biomass fuels can be produced from oil palm shells. This is due to the fact that palm shells contain lignocellulose with a high carbon content.
In addition to having a higher specific gravity than wood, palm shells have a specific gravity of 1.4 grams per milliliter. There is a fairly high heat energy in palm shells, which is equivalent to 20,100 kJ/kg. As compared to other biomass residues, oil palm shells have a low moisture content, with values ranging between 15% and 20%.

Palm Kernel Shell Carbon
we are currently also starting to develop Palm Kernel Shell Charcoal (PKSC) products. Production is carried out with quite capable technology and also complies with JIS (Japan Industrial Standard) method. Palm Kernel Shell Charcoal (PKSC) is produced through carbonization of palm shells which can be used for the steel smelting industry, activated carbon, and others. The quality produced is very good with a fixed carbon content of up to 75% and a minimum calorific value of 6800 Kcal. And then we can also produce further in the form of powder (200 mesh) and the final product of activated carbon. Previously we have managed a strong raw material supply chain, so that production can be met sustainably.

Wood Chip
In terms of biomass fuel, wood chip is the simplest form of wood fuel available to industry. Wood chip is made by cutting wood logs or wood pieces into smaller pieces in the shape of sparrows in the size of one to five centimeters. Despite its low density of 250 kg/m3 and dryness of 45%, such wood ships are extremely expensive to transport and store because they require so much space. We have the best solution for making this visible in your industry.

SERVICES

SUPPLIES
Your company's awareness and care towards increasing the utilization of NATIONAL biomass specifically, will allow us to change the fossil energy dependency into a renewable one.
As well as considering the stability of the biomass source for today and tomorrow.

EQUIPMENT
To be able to meet the needs of medium and large industries in Indonesia, we will soon cooperate with several boiler manufacturers in China, India and Europe.

In general, we provide indirect combustion, direct combustion, and gasification equipment.

SOLUTION
If you intend to replace fossil energy with renewable energy, we offer solutions for planning, investment calculations, equipment needs, and the procurement of renewable energy fuels.

As a team, we will provide you with complete support in determining the best type of renewable energy for your business.
The existing business of our company

PT INTI PERSADA was established in 2018 and focuses on the domestic market. Many of our customers are publicly traded companies.
Our goal is to assist the government in achieving 22% renewable energy consumption by 2023.

Continuing to develop existing facilities and expanding into other areas in Indonesia where biomass is in high demand.

From 2022 onwards, PT INTI PERSADA will be exporting PKS, and will be certified by GGL (Green Gold Label) in order to prepare for market needs which require several certifications
ABOUT
Our previous experiences
In 2015, we establish PT SHABEEH ENERGY INDONESIA (SEI), by targeting Japan, Korean and European business, we have supported by several CPO factories in Riau, Padang, Jambi, and Bengkulu.

Within less than two years, PT SHABEEH ENERGY INDONESIA (SEI) has exported more than 80.000 tones of biomass fuel (Palm Kernel Shell).
PT SEI has two stockpiles in Sumatera located in Padang and Riau, with the capacity of each stockpile amounted to 10,000 MT, supported with QC machine which has participated in several international events as “World Smart Energy Week 2016” which held in Tokyo on November 2016.
